I am still learning how to use this platform, but I wish we had more communication about each section such as: Intro, Chorus, Verse and Bridge. I think if he asked those questions then we would be on the same page. I will most likely make those areas clearly defined next time. He was great at asking what he needed. He is a great drummer and the sound quality is pretty decent. I liked that his snare did not have a ringing bell sound, which in my experience unless is ska, I need a snare sound where I don't have to eq so much. I would like to work with him again.

I gave Silvio a copy of my song with my own drumming on it and just said I wanted something like that but with better drumming and "Ringo style". He really did great job he took the best parts of my drumming but added in better groove, clever accents, and some Ringo style snare and fills. It was excellent and really enhanced the song. In terms of the drum sound, it took a bit of work to get the snare and kick to work in my mix but nothing out of the ordinary. I augmented the snare with another snare sample because I wanted a bit more crack but really the original recordings were very good.

It has been a while since I worked with a real drummer and found him easy to work with. My revision contained the changes I wanted and the drums were easy to download and mix. He played well and synched closely with the click track.
