Working on Salesforce Development along with the Release Activities from three years. Majorly contributed in Sales Cloud with CPQ(Apttus/Salesforce) and Service Cloud with FLS. Besides this, I worked on Integrating with other systems like SAP/Lemur. During crunch times and delivery phase explored different tools like Jenkins, AutoRabit, Copado, Snapshot and helped in smooth deployment to production. Nonetheless being junior in the team, connects with the client regularly and maintains good relationships. Possessing experience in a different types of IT sector projects like eCommerce, Public sector, Health Care, Energy Industries and enhanced my view on salesforce to a broader perspective.
