I am a songwriter who's music has played in more than 250 TV show episodes on major cable and broadcast channels, including CBS, MTV, NBC, and BBC America.
My songs have made the semi-finals in the 2017 International Songwriting Contest, the 2018 Unsigned Only music competition, and the 2018 Song of the Year contest.
As Sons of the Golden West, my music has received airplay on college and community radio. I play guitar, lap steel, bass, ukulele, banjo, keys, and drums.

I ask permission to edit your lyrics slightly so they're easier to sing, fit with my music, or just for emphasis. A couple changes from you are OK. Complete second recording is a second gig.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE: Royalties are split 50/50 on the writer's share (since you wrote the lyrics, and I wrote the music). You own the master recording. I retain the rights to the underlying instrumental music. Unsure? Ask me. I will not do
work-for-hires giving up all rights to what I create, for no credit. Sorry, that's a bad deal,
and I won't do it.
