Invoice System is excel database for recording sales, stock follow, customer data, payment card, stock analysis and other. On first sheet user choose in drop-down list of customer, in drop-down choose product and quantity, price. Automatically it is entered in invoice as new line inside and calculated total. After finishing all inputs customer can save invoice on separate sheet and also print invoice. All quantities are deducted from stock.This System is developed for local customer for 250 $ and he use it from 4 years ago for selling fresh fruit and vegetables in Montenegro.
