I can make a program meant to be used in a Linux command line / terminal. I will use either Nim or the Rust programming language, your choice. You will receive a release optimized amd64 binary as well as the source code and other build and installation scripts I might make. No license will be attached as that will be your choice. If you think this is something that can be done in 1 or 2 days send me a request and I might respond.
