information. The software is designed & coded in Netbeans & database management is

handled by SQL Server Management Studio. It can easily manage the customer information

and service scheduling is of the major work of the software. It helps organization to maintain

the customer information securely. It designed for companies of all sizes that want to create

meaningful, personal, and productive customer relationships. In short, this application is the

solution for entire life cycle of service management. It is a java application for Windows Operating system, design to help users maintain and organize customer relationship management.
