Using excel I create user interface form on which the user will enter data (texts and figures) and upon the clicking of the appropriate buttons on the form will drop on their respective cells on the excel spread sheet. In addition to this excel sheet would have been programmed to do any necessary calculations and automatically fills in figures and texts for the other cells and columns that are supposed to bear require results. For instance, as you enter stock receipts or issues in their appropriate columns the other columns will reveal new stock balances in quantity and amount.
