I will create a Windows desktop application to solve your project's requirements. I can provide UI's if needed, or a simple console/command line application - it depends on your needs.Sample applications:

* File parsers to load a database (e.g. txt file to most databases)
* File de-duplication (look for duplicated photos or videos or whatever and clean them up)
* Graph data from a database
